Terrible experience with Evolve Design

Got Evolve to quote on an entire kitchen rebuild and was convinced by a very professional sales experience. Once the deposit was paid and we were financially committed, everything changed. Absolutely NO communication from them, we had to chase them down for every bit of information and when to expect contractors on site. A job that was promised would take no longer than 5 days was abandoned after more than 4 months of frustration. Floor tiling was left incomplete, with no skirting. Cupboard doors are loose, skew and not as per design. Promised replacements never delivered. Electrical wiring not up to code, so newly installed oven trips power. Gas installation had to be done by contractor we arranged at our own expense. Plumbing installed was leaky and had to be redone. Tiling job they did was unbelievably bad. Over counter cupboard units are pulling from the solid concrete ceiling under their own weight. Pantry was simply never built or delivered. Their attitude was just shameless. No pride in the work they delivered and not even the integrity to try to address the issues or deliver on their promises. Probably using a different name by now to avoid bad reputation catching up. Bad!
