Shoddy/Poor quality workmanship on renovations

Contractor has not delivered on contractual obligations and have not seen fit to remedy the shoddy work after numerous requests nor has responded for request for compensation. Poor quality workmanship - sub-standard work which was not expected from a reasonably competent contractor who used unskilled labour for tiling and plumbing. Missed deadline - passed the reasonable additional time taken with completion of part of the poor quality work which now needs to be redone and remedied. Materials as per the contract were not supp**** - a detailed list of all the missing items was supp**** to you. Work was not completed - the pictures can prove the status of the work that was done and in any event all this needs to be redone/remedied which now cost me much more than what I envisaged.
