Evolve Denim customer service sucks

they have not delivered my parcel, i have been struggling to get hold of them for the past 2 weeks and the customer care line doesnt work, the tracking numbers doesnt exist from the courier and i cant get hold of anyone to get the answers regarding the order, i am starting to think this is a ****, cause there is no shop without a contact numbers.
