Worst Fitness Company

evolv concepts is quite possibly the worst fitness equipment manufacturers around. to begin with, the absolute lack of customer service is evident in the fact that they barely ever answer their phones when they are supposed to get back to you they don’t, and the lack of professionalism shown is disgusting

I ordered a pull up bar which took weeks more than it was supposed to take(the excuses are endless the first excuse was that the bar was done and just needed to be coated then all of a sudden, when it came to the dip bar the pull up bar, wasn’t even made all of a sudden). It required me constantly phoning and pushing them to complete my product, after messing me around for so long they agreed to compensate with dip bars which low and behold were produced incorrect as one pole was pointing out and one was not.

I was told that a replacement part would be sent to me.. it is now 2 weeks after that and I am still waiting. the contact person does not reply to messages or phone calls.

I have given them plenty of time and chances on both occasions to deliver on their promises but by now it is evident that they will continue messing me around. In my opinion, this should not even be called a business and I would never recommend anyone to buy from them.

The level of incompetence, lies, and excuses shown by this company and its staff is so appalling and pathetic that it is sad to know customers are treated like this. I am beyond the point of even caring about getting the fixed/correct bar as the stress caused is not even worth it.

Will definitely never buy from this business again.

Note anyone looking for a custom pull up bar would be better off finding a welder to make one for them.
