Because the tyres were faulty, I had to pay extra

I at first had a wonderful experience with this business.

I looked online at the tyres I needed, I emailed them and they said I could get them for cheaper. I booked my car in and i got them fitted.

I was really happy with the service and efficiency from this company.

After a couple of weeks of driving i kept noticing very heavy vibrations at certain speeds, I took the car back in and they said it maybe the Wheel balancing and alignment, maybe I hit something, Which I didn't but was happy to pay the R250 to get the problem sorted.

After about an hour I left again and they advised if it does it again to come back in and guess what the same problem as before. After going back they advised there must be something wrong with the tyres and sent me to the Manufacturer to test them. I made an appointment and they spent a few hours testing the tyres and advised me that they will replace them, but they didn't have stock. They did however advise that the place that put the original set on would replace them free of charge and they did.

My complaint is that I had to pay the extra R250 for re balancing the old set, when it wasn't my fault, it was the tyres fault.
