Unfair Labour Practice
Th company forced an employee to write a resignation letter after their mom asked them to consider availing transport yorblatebknockoff time for the safeyybof the son.the son had no idea that the mom had contacted the company.He was later told to resign and never come back.

02 Jun 2020, 21:07We are a retail business, unfortunately we cannot change the hours as it is not fair for other staff to work full hours but need to change it just for your child. This is always discussed in interviews. We cannot by law force anyone to resign. We would most definitely have lost a CCMA case
