Leaking vape IS NOT COVERED

I bought my Smok Morph 2 weeks ago from Evolution Vape in Cresta and ended up spending quite a bit of money with buying the starter kit as well as 2 x Nasty Juice. Everything was fine for the first 2 or 3 days until the device started leaking from the airflow chamber as well as juice being sucked up into my mouth from the top so I took the unit in to Mall@Carnival where Malcolm assisted me far better than the guy I initially bought the device from in Cresta, as well as serviced the device with cleaning etc. He then told me that it was because I was using Nasty Juice that the device was leaking because this liquid is a lot thicker than other liquids and that I should have been put on a 6mg Nicotine instead of a 3mg Nicotine if I want to use the device to quit smoking.

The device was fine again for about 3 or 4 days and it started leaking again, this time worse than the first time and it leaked into my car's cup holders. Along with leaking in the same 2 places it leaked from the first time, the entire device is now covered in vape juice.

This morning, I called the area manager for Mall@Carnival and he informed me that the airflow should be closed when refilling the device which is a first for me because neither of the shop employees did this when refilling the device.

What he also said is that the warranty on the device does not cover leakage so this is now my problem which I think is very unfair because had the salesman told me that the device will leak like this, I would NEVER have invested so much money in this. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use because it's not covered for the only problem it actually has. It's despicable that this is done to people who are entirely new to the whole process of vaping.

For this reason I will no longer be making use of Evolution Vape and recommend that other consumers shop elsewhere before they also get caught in the same trap.
