Got A Properly Used Item

Bought my new kit on sunday; It just got delivered and I was almost happy but just realise its definetly not new has scratches on the mod, even the tip still even has ejuice liquid on it, mind due during this covid-19. Im gonna use it because I need it, but extremely disappointed.. *** how do u give a customer a second hand item, used not tested Im sure.
