Exceptional customer service!

I have been absolutely blown away by the level of service I have received from the CEO, Greg Oliver. I also had an extremely positive experience with the sales team too, namely Kody regarding advice and customer care. To say that Greg went above and beyond his call of duty to satisfy a customer would be a gross underestimation. He bent over backwards to accommodate me as a product wasn't in stock when I had ordered it and the manner in which the matter was rectified / resolved was beyond my every expectation. I have honestly NEVER had such amazing "no fuss, let's get this resolved" service from anyone in SA. He was more than accommodating and really bent over backwards to ensure that his customer was beyond happy and would be a returning client. I can't recommend them enough! He should train all entities on how to treat customers, he was that exceptional!
