Disgusted in Service

I have never met a Organisation not willing to help a customer as bad as this company. I have been emailing back and forth for a couple of days now, and well In the last two days no response what so ever from them. I was given a gift which is not working now and I emailed explaining the situation and that the slip is thrown away and they not willing to help source when the product was purchased via the serial number on the box of the product. They are extremely unhelpful and show no interest in assisting a customer with any solutions to problems.
