DAY LIGHT *******!!!

<p>I was called approximately 2 months ago, by a very well spoken lady offering me a discount card at R 99.00 per month, which i gladly accepted. After speaking to my wife, we decided that it was not needed. I sent an email, which i didnt receive a response for over 2 weeks, then i called and was told by a lady that i cannot be refunded my R 99.00 as allot of people take the deal and then cancel, so they have to the the R 99.00 first then send you the card. So ultimately i must pay for something i havent even received????? I asked that very same lady to send me a letter stating that this has been cancelled...here i am a month later, with no refund or response. WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT CANCEL THIS TERRIBLE CARD AND REFUND ME MY R 99.00</p>
