Worst workmanship and poor service ever

I have to agree with Arnold's review of Evolution Frameless Glass. Michelle is quick to insist on the full payment before the job is completed and once she has received full payment you can't get them to complete the job in a professional manner. We contracted Evolution Frameless Glass to do a balustrade and from day one we have had nothing but issues and bad service. Upon installation of the rods, three of the rods we installed so ***** that they had to be redone. The hinges were welded on completed *****. The spacing between the glass panels are completely *****, the contractors are always late and the workers even chipped the one glass panel upon installation. We emailed her regarding the poor service and insisted on the chipped panel being replaced as we feel the safety of that panel has been compromised. She insisted that the chip will not compromise the integrity of the glass but as we paid nearly R30 000 for the project we insisted on having an extended guarantee on that chipped panel in the event of the chip turning into a crack. To date, she has still not responded to that email and when you try to call her to discuss all the issues she doesn't answer her phone. Definitely not a company I would recommend.
