Wrong amount

Hi, I requested a statement last year on the 8th of Dec 22, and the outstanding amount was R75 620.26, and today, which 12 month later i requested a settlement amount and i was sent a statement with the balance of R51 648.08, and my monthly instalment is R4008, i sent an email requesting for clarity, as usual l no one responded, i phoned and i spoke to the lady who tried to explain but you could hear that she is clueless, can you please recalculate this and send me the correct amount.
