WORST COMPANY EVER

I spoke to Phumeza on the 26.06.2020 from the above mentioned company and raised prescription on my loan acc. she promised to escalate my account to the relevant department for investigations. On the 10th of July I received an email from DMC (***) confirming that the account is prescribed and closed.I requested for a prescription letter on the 10th of July 2020 from DMC via email but I haven't received any response. I Spoke to Deon and Phumeza Again from Real People last week they promised to escalate the matter to the relevant department, I haven't received any response from them. I sent multiple messages today, but they did not reply . I am so disappointed in this company; they are too quick to threaten clients but too slow to respond. My Id number is 830****738 088 .
