What appaling service

I have a complaint with regards to your contact center staff , I made a payment on Tuesday the 25th April 2017 and I was told to call back in 24 hours to get a letter that confirms I have paid up that account ********** .

Since then I have called numerous times and no one can assist me with that letter, I have sent an email to ********** but no response.

I have spoken to Phumeza who promised to call me back and never did, Claudia (whom I mailed my p.o.p to) and Charmiel who told me that there are no team leaders on the floor.

She then put me on hold for longer than 20 minutes insisting that no one else is available to take my call, her team leader Donne Welgemoed and manager Luzuko Nomvete are in a meeting

My request is simple, I just need someone who will assist with a letter to confirm that I have paid this account so I can get my results from the college.

Perhaps IT IS A CULTURE that your staff doesn’t care about us as clients because of the perception that we have debts however Real People is a big brand and I expect better service from such a brand.

Real people is associated with very big companies and I refuse to receive such appalling service

I am a customer service team leader myself and I understand the dynamics of this industry, I have never had to contact a company numerous times with no hope of assistance.

I believe that as a company your staff members represent and reflect the company values and after such treatment from your staff I am convinced that your company doesn’t value customer satisfaction.

I would log this on HelloPeter but by the looks of things I probably won’t get any response because seemingly not even your team leaders or managers care.

I am so disgusted by your service perhaps you will only pay attention when I use channels such as social media or the ombudsman because you’re the staff on your payroll is hopeless

I send this email with hopes that it will get to someone competent enough to distinguish that your first point of contact (contact center) is hopeless and needs intervention.
