What a pleasure to deal with

I recently was able to pay a settlement on an account and get off debt review. I've been dealing with Pinky from Real People and, she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is assisting me with a refund as my last premium was not calculated in my final settlement. She has also gone out of her way to call me to explain how the process works so that I understand time periods that I need to wait before I can receive my settlement letter and refund.
