Well two words (*********** and Dishonest) regret ever taking a loan

Well I can only feel disgusted by the level of service that I have not received because they promised to call me back and no one ever does well that's one thing but today I was assisted by Anelisa Ngwenze now arrogance at its best I contacted real people to ask 1 simple question and the question was can I make a purchase using my account First call resolution you could have said yes or not but guess what Anelisa Ngwenze does goes off topic I ask her to kindy read what my request was and she responded by saying she can't view the beginning of our conversation I ask to speak to a team leader she says thank you then ends the chat now that's the level of service Evolution finance offers they only read to respond it been the same thing 4 times in row iv got the transcripts till date no feedback on my initial escalation that has no reference
