Very Poor service

I app**** for a home improvement loan in 2013 and Real people approved me for R15000,of which Their Randpark Depot delivered only the material worth about R6000 and they started debiting my account before they finish delivering the material as per our agreement,i ran after them for a very long time to deliver the remaining material,then i decided to cancell everything,i just found out im blacklisted for that,im very disappointed with Real People,they failed me big time
