******** debits on my account!!

We are under debt counseling for the past few years. Real People was part of the counseling and we've been making payments as per the courts decision every month. June 2015 my counselor emailed me and said Real People cancelled my counseling due to the fact that they do not receive payments!!! I am making the payments myself every month and all my payments are reflecting on my statement. End of June and July they debited my bank account with double payments - in total they took R700 out of my account and now refuse to give it back to me. I've phoned several times regarding this and do not get ANY feedback from any one!!!
