In September 2015 I app**** for a building loan thorough REAL PEOPLE via the internet. I got an approval which also stated that I should go to any builders ware house and complete my application. I went to builders warehouse The Glen to my surprise and frustration after the paper work was completed the loan was declined. I was angry because when I app**** via the internet an approval was granted and an amount quoted to me. Nevertheless I accepted their decision. On Saturday the 28th Nov I receive a call from builders ware house stating that an approval had now been granted, I asked why this time and was told that my profile had improved in the interim. I asked the lady 3 times if this was for real she said yes, I then went with all the required documents to apply in store and the loan was a success I even got an SMS confirmation and a welcome letter. To my surprise on Monday I get an email stating a decline. By this time I had already made arrangements with the builder, and got other relevant quotations. My question is why this? Does REAL PEOPLE know what it is like to be **** to? Where are their values and integrity, why play around with customers emotions? This is not over yet.
