Unallocated payment

Im very disappointed in Real people now known as Evolution finance. I paid off my account using correct details provided by them but my payment is still not reflecting. They told me that the matter has been escalated as I sent proof of payment but 7 days later no one has gotten back to . I called them & they not giving me a straight answer regarding feedback Im really not happy with their service as this is money we talking about
