Unacceptable arrears in my account

On 11/11/13 real people offered to finance me through build kwik to buy building materials. The loan was amount of R60000.00 payment of R3084.62 for 36 months through a debt order every month end. 2014 build kwik told I don't have an account with them even if I do have a contract with them & told me I should speak to real people regarding the matter. Nov 2014 I send all the relevant papers to real people to investigate what happen to my account and the rest of the money that was left in the account. They told me they will investigate the matter & in the meanwhile continued to debt every month from my account. Jan 2015 I called & they told me no money will be debited from my account until the have the outcome of the investigation. Since January they were not debating from my account and May 2015 Cherise Tyson and Sonja Botha told me my account is arrears about R15423.10 and i must pay the arrears. I told them I have been waiting for the outcome of the investigation & one of the consulted told me real people won't be debating. i told them to listen to the recordings & remove the arrears in my account and why did they stop debating the amount. Now I have arrears and bad credit record.
