Trying to resolve the issue.

After many difficult encounters with them they have reimbursed me. I’m hoping that going forward we won’t have any difficulties. I’m still building a house and I was hoping to still take out another loan once I’m employed again. Let’s see if they’ll send a debit order for July or not.
