This company is exhausting shame.

The battle just doesn’t end. Again they are debiting me from my UIf money. My admin fees from the bank have gone up to R300 because of their debit order and me trying to reverse the money and the endless bank statements every month which I pay for. Yet I have been paying from 2018 for credit insurance yet they put on a tracker to track my account even though I have made an insurance claim. Can Hello Peter help me with a reliable ombudsman please
