The worst financial institution ever.
***6: After paying for credit life insurance which cover 12months of retrenchment THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT. So the Real People Help Desk workers have informed me that my account is still being tracked which means they are still debiting my account this month and nothing shows for a reversal for May. Yet I’m covered for a 12months insurance plan. They are horrible! The worst I’ve ever dealt with. The repo rate keeps dropping yet my balance and term of payment is still the same!
