Sim Suspended!! For second time!!!

I'm so frustrated with Real People's service im about to explode. I decided not to upgrade my contract and wanted to keep the number on prepaid. But little that i know it was going to be such a headache. Instead of them cancelling the contract and switching the sim to prepaid, it was cut off/suspended completely. Its been a mission to get them to re-activate the services and its been 6 days now. They did somehow connect it on the 24th but only for a few hours and then it was suspended again for no reason. Please, please Real People sort out this mess.....surely it cant be this difficult????? Very unhappy with your service..never again!!! Please re-connect my sim no ***...you can contact me on *** (my other sim don't work, remember?)
