short refund

I have cancelled a home improvement loan with Real People, and prior to the cancelation i called through and requested for the cancelation process to be explained to me. the consultant confirmed that Real People would refund all instalments after receiving the initial loan amt from the merchant. this amt was paid back to Real People but they have only refunded 3346.59, which was short by around 7000. I called them and they said it was only 2 instalments refunded which made no sense because my instalments were jus below 1500. I sent an email and they have not responded till now! its such a joke that you people suck out money from clients!! why give me a short refund after you received your full loan amt!! I didn't use your money!!
