Settlement Amount

on the 27/12/19 I called Real People for settlement amount the consultant gave it to me then I asked for discount he worked it out for me and he told me telephonically not in black and white. I paid them the discounted amount that I was told to pay. later they called me and they told me that I didn't pay my monthly instalment it shocked me as I know that I settled my account with them. I told them to listen to the recording conservation call that I had with their consultant the lady by the name of Rumanna called me and told me that the was no such a thing I must pay a different. so now they called me and they are telling me that I'm owing them more than what I was supposed to pay them.
