******* by real people (*****ing my money). Poor service and unprofessional,

I am very frustred with Real people home loan improvement. They ask me to join their Insurance to cover my loan when things are not going well. Last year July 2021 I app**** for insurance to cover my installment as I was on lay-off due to COVID-19. I submitted all the required documents. I also phone them on August 202q to apply for August 2021, they said I must wait for the insurance to pay for July 2021 installment. I phone them on September 2021 and told that the insurance did pay for July 2021. I requested my statement, only to find that no payment have been made/ paid by the insurance. I wrote an email asking them (real people) to send me all our recorded calls , statement and they only send the statement. I want the insurance to refund all my money because they're robbing me, they are not doing what we agreed on. When I check my credit record it's reflecting as I am not paying my account hence they debting my account monthly.
