I would like to logge a complaint as I went to Build it in King Williams town for material purchase but ended up not taking it as I was waiting for the cash to be full I realised that they were deducting instalments from my bank account whereas I didn't take the loan now they struggle to pay my money back and they keep on telling me that they waiting for the finance department to approve my refund please assist as I want my money back.
