Remove item from client

One day an agent walk in to our house he was selling water purification items.<br> He ask if we were interested and told us to sign the papers. We did this on condition that we can still change our minds. He agreed . However , the very next day he phoned to say that the loan was approved and that somebody would come to install the item.<br> <br> After that we sent emails with affidavits to them, as they requested. They have since not come to take out the item.<br> <br> They are now threatening to list us on ITC. We were well within our consumer right to cancell.<br> They still insist we should pay. And that is three years after the were asked to remove the item(water purifier)<br> They are harassing us I am tempted to report them to the consumer board as well as the National Credit Regulator.<br>
