Refusing to give me paid up letter

Bad service one could ever wish to receive, I paid up my balance but they are refusing to give me paid up letter, they damaged my credit score I even ended up paying lawyers to assist me with this issue but I was not assisted. They said I paid the funds to the wrong references of which it is still their bank account that received my money... I would never advise anyone to use real people ****, I want my name to be cleared up
