Real People Treat People like Trash

I am not really happy with the service i am getting from Real people,I had a contract with them,i lost my job and decided to cancel the contract.i had their sim card which was lost and i requested them in different occasion where and how i can do a sim swop since Vodacom refused to assist me,Real People never responded on my mails and the only mail i got from them was that they cannot be able to assist.is this the treatment you get from you guys.just because i cancelled my contract do i have to be treated like trash? is there n tomorrow where you would need me to use your service again or im not irrelevant to you<br> <br>
