Real people service is not real...people

<p>They fail to debit then they blame you.They keep deducting they never keep their end of the deal...to clear your name.They debit you incorrect sums they blame you.The staff calls you asking the same questions but never solving your query.They dont send you statements as to how far your account is.They move offices without even warning their clients...then when you enquire they say" oh...yeah we sorry". They dont care how their incompetence affects your life.They keep telling you to send more money alongside with your debit orders when you ask them why your credit profile is not uplifted .They just say they consolidated your debts but they fail to send you letters of settlemen. THIS SERVICE PROVIDER IS BAD NEWS....</p> <p> </p>
