REAL PEOPLE PRESCRIBED CELLULAR ACCOUNT

On 19 October 2016 I have obtained cellphone contract via telephone I have paid my instalments until 07 August 2017 after I have experience financial difficulties. Since from the last payment that I have made on 07/08/2017 I have never been in contact with Real People or it appointed agent as result that account must be removed on my name and my credit report be updated because that account has fallen away due to prescription on 07 August 2020. I have declared dispute with DMC to rise prescription as point of my defence however outcomes was not in my favour as they alleged that I have interrupted prescription because they alleged that i have made an arrangement with tracing agent. I have request recording of the conversation however they denied me that opportunity. DMC bought my account from Real People according to one of consultant. I want your intervention in this matter so that the account can be closed because I have never be in contact will any agent or consultant appointed by them. they failed to provide me with button of proof.
