Real people listing unknown debt on my name

I had reported real people here 2 years ago. I was receiving phone calls about a R500 cellphone debt I didn't know. It turned out it was a matter of stollen identity. Was asked to get an affidavit and sign on my ID 10 times and email all docs to real people. They confirmed that it wasn't me who had an account with them and they confirmed that the phone was delivered to jhb and I live in dbn. <br> <br> Now all of a sudden I'm checking my credit report and they've listed the debt under my name. What do I do now? Do I need to get another affidavit? This was 2 years ago and I was assured this matter was resolved. Why is it coming back to me again.
