Real People debited my money which is the last payment as per agreed. Now they are refusing to sent me settlement letter. They said the money is not reflecting on their site. I sent proof of payment as per 3 month statement which shows 3 payments for August, September and October. No one is calling me back for the update. I am confused, please help
