Real People Home Improvement Loan

I took a loan of R17 800 on the 22/03/2019 to buy a building material at (Build It) the material cost R13 800.Real People promised to pay Build It store and pay me the remaing R4 000 into my bank account but the R4 000 was never deposited in my account.I then cancelled the loan and was told to pay settlement of R16 712,20. When I tried find out why this amount of cash because it was not even a month after the cancellation, I told that my insurance was R2 000 and I already signed the contract.
