Real people home improvement :-(((

This company just appeared on my credit profile... I do not have a loan or account with them. I used the account number on my credit profile and contacted them via email. I received one reply from various emails and they requested my I. D Number??? even though I supp**** their account number. They CAN NOT be reached telephonically either. It seems the level of incompetence in their organisation's is very high as they do not even have customer services. I am sure their customers are as annoyed by them as I am. I am requesting anyone who knows how to remove real people from my credit profile to assist me. Alternatively I will report them as a ********** transaction on my credit profile. I see many reviews and all or most say "the business has not rep****" This is the worst company I have ever heard of and I don't even know them. Any assistance would be highly appreciated Thank You
