Real people balance

I have been trying to get my balance to the money I owe the whole of last week but no avail. The shop where I took the loan from (Build it Matatiele) are failing to retrieve the information from the system and referred my matter to a gentleman called Ndavela from their head office I guess.. This man hasn't come back to me and when I call he doesn't answer his phone
