Real People Bad Service!

So they have responded and claimed that their insurance company has paid out my first 3months of the loan which i can not verify because in May I was debited and I’m still waiting for that refund, in June I was debited again and I had to risk my life and go into a bank to reverse that debit order of which I end up paying bank fees, because my UIF payment is strictly for school fees and food. When will you reverse my money for The month of May? In July I will send her another bank statement, but I am sure they will debit me again. Is this not ********** behavior??? Maybe the ombudsman needs to step in. My ABSA loan which was also covered with an insurance was paid right up until the 12month. They don’t ***** money from my account without my consent, yet Real People does. The interest rate dropping hasn’t affected my total repayment amount as the outstanding is still the same and the number of months owing are still the same. The service is very poor. I am extremely unhappy
