Real people are not for real

I app**** for a loan with real people in Schoeman street and received almost R20000 less than I was approved for. when I questioned the short payment I was told to pay admin fee which I discovered was a staff members account. to date this has not been rectified and the balance does not go down after 7 yrs. My lawyer is also getting poor cooperation from real people and finding them unreachable and they don't respond to my emails. my credit record as well as finances are affected by the way they do business ensuring you will never settle the debt. I have checked online and discovered I am not the only consumer having this problem and their interest rates are not on par
