Prescrebed debt

Good day I had a loan with Real People Investment Holdings in 2013 and I was retrenched and I cannot pay the account I am struggling to contact them and these accounts are showing on my credit report.

How can I contact them I need a rescriped debt letter both of their accounts have not been paid it's been above 3 years now.
