POOR HELPDESK ASSISTANCE
It appears to be an impossible task to get a fully consolidated statement as I've been requesting one via email since March and to date had zero response. I find this lack of assistance extremely unprofessional, but I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible in order to close this chapter....
