POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE🤮

I took a loan in May 2019 with Real people and paid until December 2019 but in November 2019 my company was liquidated. I communicated with Real people and app**** for credit facility which I was paying for and was approved for 12 months. I forwarded all the documents they needed. In 2021 they their consultants started abusing saying I need to pay R42000, called them and communicated with in which they send even sms that the insurance has paid. Now I just started working and wanted to pay for the remaining 4 months I owe but the consultant I was speaking is not understanding. The R42000 is still coming back. I have never in my gotten such poor service. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT🤮🤮
