Please clear my balance and stop increasing it

I am not happy cause we made arrangements but my money it's keep on increasing while they said my money will be paid up on march but it's not keep on increasing.. We agree that i will pay half then they other half will be made next month which was may when they call me.. They said i have outstanding of 700 but they ddnt day they will increase the money now they telling me about monthly fees... And instance which i cancel when they called i must join now they say it's part of the monthly fees
