Payment Arrangement

<p>i had to speak to three different people, taking me from one department to another, staff extremely rude.</p> <p>Each of them will ask you the same questions as if they gonna assit you then take you from pillar to post, all i needed was just a reference number, banking details and email address in order to forward the proof of payment. Bad service ever, debt collector do not operate this way especially if i am the one calling to settlement my account.</p>
