paying too much

i open an account with build it, not knowing that they using real people. i took a loan for 10000, i have paid more than 20000 now. i called them cause im confused now, they said i missed two payment that is why and i said to them they must investigate till today. this month is my last month of paying untill they come back to really i work for spar i support my family and i only getting paid only 3000 per month. please help me. i dont want them to put my name on the credit bureau.<br> <br>
