PAYING BUT GARNISHED WITHOUT NOTICE

<p>My name is Nthabiseng Makhanye,</p> <p>I took a loan with Real people in 2010, the loan was for building materials which they were supposed to deliver to my place to start building a house. I received the building materials and it wasn't what we agreed on with them when signing a contract. I contacted their repersentative in Frankfort area to assist but he promised to come back to me which never happened until today. I phoned thei offices several time to get help but all in vain. I stopped paying as they were continuosly billing me for materials which i never received. I wa suprised to get my salary was now being debited from my pay without my knowledge. I spoke to our HR at work place that my slary is short then i was told there's a garnishe order against me and sherif of the court was sent to me to sign it at Henneman Magistrate court but i never received a letter notifying me to go to court or that there will be a garnishee order against me. I contacted the lawyers representing Real people to find out what was happening and i was told to phone Real people direct. I need help as i am continuosly debited and black listed because of this.
