Pathetic and ***********

Seriously, I don't understand how this company is a registered FSP, I received a letter stating the interest rate has gone down which I already know, so called them to lower my monthly repayment but instead I'm told by clueless agent (christelle) that my payment will increase by R20 instead, they even have the audacity to send me a debi check mandate which is appauling at best? This company is not known for positive reviews but this is embarrassing and daylight ******* at best. With that said I'm expecting a call from their head of finance to resolve this
